These terms apply to the Learn With Usman course and website (learnwithusman.com). By applying for a seat or using your account you agree to them.

Your account

• Access is personal to you. Do not share your login with anyone.
• Applications are reviewed by the instructor. We may approve or decline an application.
• Please give accurate details and a genuine payment screenshot.

Devices

Each account may be used on a maximum of 2 devices (each browser counts as one). If an account is used on a third device, it is suspended automatically until the instructor restores it.

Course content

All lessons, videos, documents and other materials belong to Usman or the relevant owners and are shared with you for your own learning only. You must not:

• download, record, screenshot or copy the videos, or try to bypass their protection;
• share, resell, publish or distribute any course material;
• let other people watch the course using your account.

Suspension and removal

If these rules are broken, we may freeze or close your account, with or without notice, and we may take further action where the law allows.

No guarantees

The course is for education. We do not promise any particular search ranking, traffic, income or other result. Your results depend on your own work, your market and many factors outside our control.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and videos available, but we cannot promise that they will always run without interruption. We may update or change course materials from time to time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the course means you accept the updated terms.
