Learn With Usman ("we", "us") runs a private online SEO with AI course at learnwithusman.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.

• When you book a seat: your name, email address, contact number and the message you write about your experience.
• When you apply to join: your first and last name, email, contact number, a short message on why you want to join, a screenshot of your payment, and a password.
• While you study: which lessons you have completed, and the browsers (devices) you log in from, shown as a label such as "Chrome on Windows", with the time of last use and your IP address.
• Account decisions: a record of actions taken on your account, such as approval, a freeze or a device reset.

Why we use it

• To review your application and confirm your payment.
• To give you access to the course and keep it to the permitted number of devices.
• To contact you about the course and your batch.
• To protect the course content from being shared without permission.

Your password

Your password is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form. Nobody, including us, can read it.

Video watermark

To discourage the unauthorised sharing of lessons, videos show your name, contact number and email address as a moving on-screen watermark. It is visible only to you while you watch, and it appears on any copy that is recorded or leaked.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one keeps you logged in and another recognises the browser you use, so we can apply the two-device limit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Bunny.net, which hosts and streams our course videos.
• Cloudflare, which provides domain and security services for the website.
• Contabo, which provides the servers where the website and its database run.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to keep proper records of your enrolment. Payment screenshots are kept only as long as needed to verify and record your payment.

Your rights

Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Payment screenshots are visible only to course administrators, and access to accounts and lessons is checked on every visit.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
